Glass-paneled room with vinyl or aluminum frame, finished ceiling, ceiling fan. Use 9 months a year. No heat/AC tie-in needed. Lower cost, faster build.

Four-season addition

Insulated walls, double-pane glass, HVAC tied to your home system. Counts as conditioned square footage. Year-round Lowcountry comfort.

 → 03 / Screen

Screen porches

Aluminum or wood frame, code-rated screens, finished ceiling. The Lowcountry classic. Outside without the bugs. Built from scratch or off existing deck/patio.

 → 04 / Convert

Deck-to-sunroom

Turn that under-used wood deck into a year-round room. Reinforce structure, add roof, glass-in walls, finish floor. Cheaper than a full addition.

Floor, ceiling, fan, screens, trim. Walk the room with the foreman. Warranty starts the day you sign.
