Pressure-treated wood
Classic PT lumber, scribed and screwed, stained and sealed. Tested coastal-grade hardware. Budget-friendly, lasts 15-20 years with proper maintenance.
Screen porches
Three-season screened-in porches, deck-to-porch conversions, gazebos. Aluminum or wood framing, code-rated screens, ceiling fans, fans, finished ceilings. Live outside even when the bugs are out.
Deck repair & restain
Joist sister-ing, board replacement, rail tightening, full strip + sand + stain. Bring a tired deck back from the brink for 1/4 the price of a new build.
