What we do
Four kinds of floor. One crew. Sub-floor to baseboard.
Hardwood install
Solid oak, engineered, exotic species. Nail-down, glue-down, or floating. Sub-floor flatness checked, moisture meter on every load, racked for color before install.
Tile install
Ceramic, porcelain, wood-look plank tile, mosaic. Cement-board substrate, large-format thinset, sealed grout. Cuts around vanities and toilets that actually fit.
Hardwood refinishing
Sand to bare wood, fill nail holes, stain to color, three coats of poly. Bring an 80-year heart-pine floor back to mirror finish for a fraction of replacement cost.
